I sure didn't care a lick about these kids in STAR Labs with active metagenes the Reach experimented on. They're not smart or interesting and the only things I found kind of neat was the Native American kid who's kind of an astral projection-powered revamp of Apache Chief, and the Beetles Reunion at the end.
Otherwise, a bunch of dumb kids with powers ran away from STAR Labs and ended up doing something heroic by helping Blue Beetle fight off Red Volcano. Totally by-the-numbers plot, with a reveal that Lex Luthor arranged everything to recruit these gullible kids into The Light.
Weirdest moment was the reporter at the end running up to Blue Beetle and asking him, "What's your nomme de guerre?" A phrasing no American reporter would ever ask. Promote this thread! | | lotjx

Young Justice showed that it has one too many plot lines going on and a lot of has to do with having uninteresting characters at the heart of them. The very ethnic group while thumps for trying it, is annoying as hell. I could care less for them and the giant reveal at the end. I was fairly pissed when YJ and GL got the hiatus which lead to the axe, I think in the long run, it may force YJ to just end these storylines now instead prolonging them. | Spiraling_Shape

I did love every time the Volcano Bot said "MEATBAG." | It's False

Can't say I was attached to any of the Star Labs kids, either, but I was always a sucker for Static. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
