Those have to be the best way to have chicken period--ALL breast meat, HUGE chunks of it too. If you are ever in the area stop by a Foster Farms restaurant and order a nugget meal, with spuds. DAMN now I freakin want one and I'm 40 minutes away.

Actually, add that, maybe some Shumai and some Tom Yum Seafood (Shrimp and Squid added w/mushrooms), and you've got a good/healthy meal. Well, as long as you steam the Shumai. And you don't have the Thai Iced Coffee... even though it's good ;). | spf

Actually... here's a halfway decent recipe for chicken hibachi (or shrimp hibachi)
.5 lb - 1 lb of chicken breast butter oil soy sauce lemon juice toasted sesame seeds
Cut the chicken into pieces... I'd say 1-2 tsp. of oil is good to start with for the frying... after the chicken is cooked, add a tsp. of soy sauce... let it cook some more, then add a tsp. of butter (you can use margarine, but for taste/clogged artery, use salted/unsalted butter). Let that cook some more... add a spritz of lemon juice and some seeds...
Voila. I'd say the shrimp turns out better than the chicken usually... and I like to fry and fry to get that "burnt" consistency. However, I don't have one of my namesake. I use a 12" copper-plated bottom saute' pan, tho'. It generates heat better than non-stick, IMHO.

Wendy's spicy chicken and the grilled chicken are good for a quick chicken sandwich. and boston market has a decent chicken teriyaki. It's obvious that i do no cooking on my own. except for the occasional chicken breast on my hamilton beach indoor electrical grill that i like much better than the one i bought off of george foreman. I hate dark meat though. chicken white meat = yummy goodness while to me chicken dark meat = blech
when i go visit my parents we occasionally get bbq chicken from this chicken shack in town. absolutely incredible rotisserie chicken. they also make the best egg salad in new jersey. i agree with the person who likes it off the bone too. taking it off the bone is messy work and extremely time consuming. i want to be eating the chicken, not trying to scrape it off the bone and away from the fat | WyldeWolf1

I too, am an ONLY boneless chicken eater, which a lot of people find weird. The last good meal I had was that Tequila Chicken Breast at Applebees which just kicked TOTAL ass.

They're actually a franchise out of South Africa which is worldwide. They flame grill the chicken in peri-peri sauce which is soooooo good.It can be as hot as you want it to be.
