The WWE is asking - via a quiz on their website.

In specific: all members in the original incarnation, before the nWo Wolfpac/nWo Hollywood/nWo 2000 whatever - and no celeb or nWo Japan either.

I got about fifteen when the time ran out. How did you do?

I only got 11. Somehow I missed X-Pac and Randy Savage. I got Fake Sting though.

On the bright side, I do know who all of the Corporate Ministry members were.

This was too easy, I had all four before I clicked on the thread. But then I realized the question wasn't "Name the original members of the nWo".

Always a catch.

Yeah - I wasn't sure I worded it right. The original members to me are Hogan/Hall/Nash but the original nWo was from the beginning to the split between Hogan and Nash.

Can't remember (it doesn't tell you, of course), but I know I got Hogan, Hall, Nash, Savage, Bagwell, Norton, Syxx, Scott Steiner, Vincent, nWo Sting, Miss Elizabeth, DiBiase and V.K. Wallstreet at minimum.

So, no worse than 13.

I have no recollection of VK Wallstreet in there.
But I got Big Bubba Rogers who iirc was the first one to be attacked by Sting, the Giant, Konnan, Curt Hennig too.
And of course the man who appeared on 2 shows at once, Rick Rude.

To me, it seems they already were splitting up when they got guys like Konnan.
Or maybe not, because Stevie Ray was definitely nWo black and white, and he's not in the list.

Ok, the complete list

Spoiler Below: Highlight text to read
Hogan, Hall, Nash, Syxx, Bischoff, Macho Man, Elizabeth, the Giant, fake Sting, Dibiase, Rude, Hennig, Steiner, Norton, Bagwell (Viscious & Deliscious were awesome back then)Konnan, the Disciple, Vincent, Big Bubba, Nick Patrick (!!) and then 3 guys of whom I don't remember, VK Wallstreet, Dusty Rhodes and Brian Adams

I got 'em all. The ONLY non-celebrity non-nWo Japan name I can see them actively missing is Stevie Ray as mentioned by dMp; though maybe time has blundered my memory and he wasn't a member of the nWo but a member of nWo Hollywood (and eventually - THE B TEAM). Slick Johnson is also sadly ignored, but again, he may have just been a Steiner cronie and not an official member. And I guess this finally answers once and for all whether or not Hart was in with the original group. (Yes, I think about things like this)

I actually wish this had encompassed the Wolfpac, nWo 2000, and nWWEo so we could add such luminaries as Disco Inferno, Shawn Michaels, Ron and Don Harris, Booker T, and Midajah.

Message from WWE if you can get them.

You're a true master of the WWE Universe with a die-hard, "never-say-quit" attitude! Congratulations!

I got 18. Miss Elizabeth was a sneaky one, almost a trick. And I totally didn't remember Dusty Rhodes being in the nWo. I *still* don't remember it. YouTube time, I guess.

Yes tough because they add nWo members left & right but it seem as if some of them would only be on TV certain times & weeks so it thinned them out then members would defect back to WCW. They had a lot after the ball got rolling.

I got 15. I missed quite a few obvious ones. VK Wallstreet, Bubba and the like. I got Dusty like 10th. I totally remember him turning heel but that is mostly because I was a huge Dusty mark as a kid (yes, bigger than Hogan.) I lived in an NWA, not a WWF/E house.

An interesting thing I remember about Stevie Ray joining the nWo is that, while Booker T was disappointed, the two of them never feuded over it like what happened with Hogan and Savage, Scott and Rick Steiner, Buff Bagwell and Scotty Riggs. They were still civil towards one another, and shortly after the nWo B-team split up, Harlem Heat reformed and went on to quickly win three more tag-team titles, raising their total to 10.

It wasn't until after that run that Booker and Stevie finally ran into problems when Stevie tried to replace Booker with "Big T", formerly known as Ahmed Johnson. Why Stevie felt that Harlem Heat needed to have two guys with dubious wrestling ability is anyone's guess. Then it got stupid over "ownership of the letter T", Booker joined the Misfits in Action and became G.I. Bro, and yadda yadda yadda.

More remembrances of the nWo B-team:

One of the Wolfpac members told Vincent to deliver a message to a top WCW superstar, one that said superstar wasn't gonna like very much. (Goldberg, maybe?) Vincent, you'll remember, was always the last guy to realize Sting had just entered the ring, and the first to eat a Scorpion Deathdrop. This was Vincent, in a nutshell, for years.

So Vincent, showing a hilarious genre-savviness, took Wolfpac member Disco Inferno aside and delegated the assignment to him. Disco went out and did what he was told, and he got beaten up instead.

I also remember Hollywood Hogan taking each B-team member aside separately and telling him that he was the leader of the team. Hilarity ensued.

I thought of Big Bubba but I didn't try typing him in for this reason. I guess technically he was a member and then wasn't again but in my head invalidating the contract meant he was never in the nWo.

Masahiro Chono wasn't on the WWE's list was he? I tried typing him in and the answer did not pop up on the list. Maybe I spelled it differently...

No, Oliver's message at the top said they excluded NWO Japan members and also celebrities (Dennis Rodman, and I guess maybe Kyle Petty, the driver of the #49 NWO NASCAR). In my opinion, NWO Japan members who joined the NWO on WCW television deserve to be counted, and Rodman is as much a member as Nick Patrick was.
