...mostly because she loves those dancing games. The PS3 and PSV will always be my gaming systems of choice, but I'm always glad to get new tech in the house.

Question is: outside of those Kinect dancing, like Dance Central and Just Dance...what are good exclusive games on the 360? I don't care for games like Halo and the like. My main games are kart racing games (I love Modnation Racers) and open world games like Saints Row the Third.

Anyone?

What about RPGs? Don't own a 360 but always wanted to try Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey as they are 360 exclusive

SR3 is good. If you can, try out Prototype. That's open-world, definitely Red Dead Redemption and maybe for a different experience, L.A. Noire.

SR3, RDD and LAN are all available on the PS3. Is Prototype an exclusive?

I do enjoy RPGs, but turn based games. A great example would be Final Fantasy VIII, one of my favorites of all time.

For open world rpg exclusive, Fable 2 was all kinds fun.

This might sound too close to the Halo-type genre (I don't like the Halo games), but Bioshock is one of may favroites all-time on the 360.

And it's old enough that you can get it super-cheap.

The Ws loved it.

No, Prototype is not 360 exclusive. Neither is Bioshock. In my experience, 360 does not have many exclusive titles that are worth writing home about. Certainly not to the level of InFamous, Uncharted, God of War, Little Big Planet, etc. Gears of War is very good, but you don't like Halo-style games. I did not enjoy the Fable series (it had such promise and just fell flat, IMO) but YMMV. Blue Dragon is good. Beautiful Katamari (from 2007) is a decent exclusive title although I prefer Katamari Forever, which is a PS3 exclusive. Sorry if this wasn't much help.

If you're a turn-based RPG fan, go pick up Lost Odyssey. It was put together by a sizable chunk of the Final Fantasy development team, including Nobuo Uematsu doing the soundtrack. It's actually one of the few games that could make me cry, and not even necessarily during a high-point event like the Aeris/Sephiroth scene, but simply during text flashbacks showing the sad past of the protagonist. And unlike most of the other games listed here, Lost Odyssey really was a 360 exclusive!
