Roode's promo was good. I didn't understand the logic behind the qualifiers. Guys who won matches on Sunday were placed in a 10-man battle royal or in no qualifier while guys who lost on Sunday, some of whom were guys said winners beat, were placed in singles match qualifiers. Aries beat Bully on Sunday yet Bully got a singles match for a chance at a title shot while Aries was placed in a 10-man battle royal for a shot. That made zero sense. Hogan was coherent for once in the opening.

The AJ/Aries exchange was great, but most of the rest of that battle royal dragged a bit, and the Madison crap was distracting. Considering most of the participants felt like they were just there to fill space, I would have preferred they did a singles match or a 3-way or 4-way with the 3-4 credible people in there. Garett being a match and a trademark illogical Hogan GM decision away from a World Title shot is laughable. Him lasting that long was preposterous. Garett in a TV Title program and a Crimson vs. Young/ODB feud are unappealing.

I don't understand why they keep putting Hardy and Anderson in the same program. They have no chemistry and their matches are never above average. I hope they don't rematch this yet again at Slammiversary.

I thought last week's KO match sent a clear message that Velvet & Brooke shouldn't do spots with each other ever again. Evidently it wasn't clear enough. It's too bad they couldn't program Gail against a good worker.

Angle/Joe was a good TV match. I liked how they tried to make it feel like a big match throughout the show.

The Slammiversary history videos are good, but it seemed like they did little to build stuff for that show tonight.

I really enjoyed last nights show. I thought the opening segment was really strong and Hogan really put Roode over and did a good job putting over how hated Roode was by saying he united the locker room in their hatred for Roode. The four way qualifiers were fine by me, but Hogan deciding who faces Roode after all the qualifiers are over isn't something I really like. Then again having a four way next week and then having the winner facing Roode later in the night would put the challenger at a severe disadvantage. Really glad and surprised that Ray went over RVD clean as a whistle The story was that RVD was really beat up and had an out in losing clean. He was not made to look weak and Ray came out of the match looking much stronger. I wish TNA and WWE would have heels go over faces clean more often. Kudos to the booking team for booking the RVD-Ray match like they did. The battle royal was fine except for Garrett Bischoff being in it and throwing his weak ass punches and kicks. The Aries-Styles battle was fantastic. I am begging TNA to have these two guys face each other in a one on one match. The match would be incredible. While I'm not a fan of the whole Styles-Dixie-Daniels angle I will say Daniels is doing a great job as a swarmy dick heel. This is as entertaining as he's ever been. Angle vs Joe was really good and they built the match up well. I wish they'd do more with Joe. All in all, this was a very strong show coming out of a good PPV.

Best show in awhile. Very little BS and some good wrestling. Glad Bully got a spot. Wanted Aries, but I'll settle for AJ. Hate Anderson and Hardy, so that was a wash, and of coarse Joe has to lose to Angle.

It is gonna be REAL interesting to see how this Garrett BS goes over when the show is live and the audio can't be changed.

Did they abandon the "TV Title must be defended every week" already? I mean, I know Devon was in the battle royal, but still .Other than that, I really liked this show.

According to Spiketv's website, this week's show was titled Roode in the Crosshairs.

That irked me too. I wanted to see Devon vs. Anarchia or some other random match like that.

I was amused by the green power ranger who hung around ringside all night.

Bully Ray's feud with Joseph Parks continues to be interesting. I wonder why Parks is still sticking his nose into TNA now that he knows that his brother is alive.

Madison in love is fun.

Velvet Sky and Brooke Tessmacher bulling Gail Kim was amusing.

I miss Sting and Jarrett.

I never get tired of Roode's awesome beginning of the show segments. I am very down to see him keep the title for the rest of the year, so we can keep getting these.

I like how the knockouts tag team champions got to be the last entrants into the battle royal. Unexpected!

Daniels looks awesome in his brown leather jacket.

Great show.

It's not so much a match that I was looking forward to, but what not having that match represents: That TNA is going back on (or has forgotten about) one of the three big announcements they made just a few weeks ago. If they didn't have any plans for Devon or were just going to throw out random matches like the one you suggested, then don't even make that TV title announcement.

Totally agreed. I actually like the TV division so long as they regularly have the belt actually defended. I think its great that they have a division for guys who are neither of world-title quality, nor x-division style. They would have the Rob Terrys on the roster either way, so they might as well give them something to fight over to be relevant.

I'd prefer Devon/Williams to Devon/Anarchia, but I would take either over no TV title match at all.

(I'll take Devon/Garrett too, so long as Garrett doesn't become the permanent TV champion.)

Anarqua has thankfully been released as has Tony Nese. I would prefer weekly X Division matches over weekly TV title matches as long as Devon is the champ. Man I wish Daniels or Doug Williams or Styles were the Tv champion instead of Devon. It feels like Devon's feud with the Robbies might never end.

But that means that we'll never find out what Ink Inc tattooed on Anarchia! That greatly saddens me.

Speaking of dropped plotlines and Rob Terry, I wonder whatever happened to his shortlived reuniting with British Invasion.

Show was really good. The battle royal besides for the inclusion of Bischoff was really good, it wasn't the best battle royal as Taz called it, but it was a fun match. The qualifiers were really good Angle-Joe really stood out. I am enjoying the hell out of Daniels' act right now. He hasn't been this much fun since he was Curry Man. The segments with him and Styles have drawn very well the last three weeks(1.25, 1.3, 1.23 ratings) good for him he is getting his biggest push in five years.
