Sorry. 'Napoleon Dynamite' Canceled, 'Bob's Burgers' Renewed By Fox With the release of the Fox 2012-13 primetime schedule, Napoleon Dynamite had been officially canceled by Fox after its rookie season, while Bob's Burgers has been renewed for a third season. Now that last sentence SHOULD be something to celebrate, because Bob's Burgers is gloriously amazing television...except...it isn't exactly a "renewal," per se. Let's look at the rest of the article: Update: Since Bob's Burgers is noted on the just released schedule as not being replaced at any point in the 2012-13 season (like, for example, Fringe), my assumpion is that it’s going to have more episodes added past the 13 that will be “left over” after this season, so I’m assuming it can be termed a renewal for the 2012-13 season. If that gets clarified by Fox to the negative, I will update. Either way, we're getting more Bob's Burgers next year, which is something to celebrate. We get rid of a cartoon that was just terrible and a better one is saved. Fox canceling Finder even though it was getting better ratings than Fringe should tell you their mindset ie We need more terrible singing on our network.
