My girlfriend really liked the books and I decided to get into them when I saw the trailer for the "Dragon Tattoo" movie before Moneyball. And, as a substitute teacher, I have the time.
I'm almost half-way through the last book, and I've found them quite engrossing. Some have taken a while to get started, but they really amp up quickly. One of the few issues I have is the Swedish places and names tend to get confusing, especially in the last book when there are so many characters. Anyone else want to share their opinions if they've read these? Promote this thread! | | Corajudo

And, I know several other people who have really, really enjoyed the books. Once I finish working through the Hornblower series, I think I'll pick these up. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
