Going into this episode, my only thought is on how my patience for this show has run incredibly thin.
Ryan Reynolds...yeah, he's not James Woods. And that's all I have to say about that.
Now let's move into something much funnier. I got a big kick out of Stewie attempting to drive. Herbert winning the Justin Bieber tickets is probably the hardest I laughed tonight. Even when it went into cliched sitcom territory, there were still some funny moments, like Stewie randomly getting stabbed in the street. Then they just HAD to go overboard again with Stewie shooting up the quinceanera.
Tonight wasn't terrible, so that's always something to be happy about these days. Next week's episode has Peter and Brian going back in time to the show's pilot episode, which has the potential to be really good...and also has the potential to suck all the fun out of that old classic. We shall see.

The Ryan Reynolds plot...I don't even remember how it ended. I thought the reveal (or the excuse used) would be that Ryan was pretending to be gay in researching his role for the movie he was in town to film. But it didn't feel like there was really an ending. I did like the Stewie B-plot better.

I really liked the 70s sci fi movie thing. I actually enjoyed Stewie shooting up the place. I miss that Stewie. I have no idea what the point of the Ryan Reynolds plot was other than Ryan wanting to act gay as a rib on him being a sexy star with no real acting talent.
