Well, I picked the ones and twos - that worked out OK for the West, but not so well for the east.
Picking with my heart: San Jose finally gets there, and I go into cardiac arrest.

Boston in 6. This is going to be tough due to all the rust both teams probably have with this giant layoff. I expect whoever gets on a roll early wins this thing.
Vancouver in 5. San Jose showed they can waste away games, yet still sent the Red Wings home. I expect these to be tight guys, but I like Vancouver's goalie more then I like San Jose now that the Blackhawk monkey is off his back.

I said Boston/San Jose in the final before the playoffs (although I secretly hoped for Buffalo/Phoenix), so I should stick with that, but I think Vancouver is picking up steam. I have no read on the Lightning whatsoever.

Said it before, and I'll keep saying it; I've never seen a series where all the bad breaks and bounces of the puck so completely went against one team. The Wings weren't just playing against the Sharks, they were playing against random luck and intermittent injury.
Also the complete and total lack of defense behind Lidstrom.
