For as much as I loved his Justice League interpretation, sometimes you gotta go with the classics and it was great to see Classic Amazo in all his glory. The only minor issue I had was that they made him TOO good, to the point that I found it a little hard to believe that Robin, KF, and Superboy could take him down that easily.
Best episode of the season for me so far. Gotta love the dialogue quirks from the first episode, too. "YOU'RE Ivo? I'm whelmed!"

Ivo's monkeys' laughs were really creepy.
It looks as though we've seen our first tease of Arrowette!

I don't know. The limitations of Amazo were pretty clear from watching it fight. It could only access one power at a time. The obvious answer was to bombard it from multiple directions until it couldn't keep up with power-switching. Young Justice ultimately figured it out, even without Aqualad and Miss Martian.
I also liked the diner scene between Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent. Clark is over the top obstinant about not wanting anything to do with Superboy. Clearly, Superboy's temper comes from the source. It's a curious take on Superman.
I really, really like Young Justice's depiction of the DC Universe. Just about everyone is the way they oughta be, like the best, most classic depictions of the superheroes and supervillains of the DCU in one sweet, half-hour package every week. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
