Notre Dame is bowl eligible and after the Tulsa loss, I don;t think many people thought it was possible. At least they learned from the Navy loss. USC's season continues to spiral out of control. Boise State rolls as does VT and FSU. Nebraska's loss puts the Big 12 out any hope of them being in the title game. Everything is set-up for Black Friday for Men. Was convinced that if Ohio State had lost to Iowa, Michigan State losing to Penn State would have been the surest thing in the world. Still have some faith in Sparty screwing up though. Do we account for Oregon State destroying USC as Southern Cal quitting on the season or Oregon State demonstrating that perhaps they have a punchers shot in the Civil War against Oregon? The new Miami uniforms out-uglied any combination Oregon has put together. Even if Arkansas knocks off LSU, it still will be tricky for them to get in the BCS mix. Keeping a Boise/TCU out for a 1 loss Ohio State/LSU/Stanford could at least be argued, a 2 loss Arkansas would be stretching it. Stanford might actually be the second best team in the country. No one can say an LSU game is boring. Remember when the State University of New Jersey was supposed to become this great national power and Schiano was one of the greatest minds in college football? That was a quick era of greatness for them.

I read a hilarious quote from a poster on a Rutgers message board this morning:
We went back to being a basketball school this week
Rutgers hasn't been to an NCAA tournament in 20 years, and hasn't won a tournament game in like 30. And yet, that poster is probably right! | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
