I find it amusing and entertaining that while still being a bit tubby, Nash has now had TWO steroid injuries. (Torn bicep, Torn quad).
Goldberg was the hottest face in company history? That's a pretty rich history you're talking about there. Does Sting know this? How about late 1980's Luger?
FACT: You are just another fool assuming steroids were involved with no reason to even suspect it.
Luger was nowhere near as over as Sting or Steamboat, let alone Goldberg.
Neither Sting NOR Goldberg moved as much merchandise, drew as much ratings, or drew anywhere near as much mainstream media interest as Goldberg (and I'm NOT NOT NOT a Goldberg fan)
Regarding the injuries. Its a FACT that steroids and HGH can weaken the tendons. Look at other people with the same injuries (Scott Steiner, Kane, HHH) and I DEFY you to tell me they didn't gas up.

That kind of stuff happens from time to time. That injury could have happened to anyone. He overextended his leg, that's all there is to it. I'm not saying he's not on steroids, but locking it up that he is just because of this injury is dumb. | Mild Mannered Madman

Would that reason perhaps also be the same reason why Sid broke his leg from jumping off the SECOND rope? | tarnish

| #109 Posted on 10.7.02 1014.57 Reposted on: 10.7.09 1017.56 | My favorite part about this thread has got to be all the people who continue to complain that ``Nash ruined the WWE/the WCW/wrestling everywhere and always.''
He's said publicly that he wasn't even booking when the famous fingerpoke happened. But I guess you can't believe him because he's obviously just playing the political game again. Or something.
It's become readily apparent that swift and severe application of the cluestick is needed online. Back in the day, when somebody's favorite show or genre started to suck in that person's eyes, he'd stop watching. Now he logs onto the internet and complains, because we all know it's the most productive and intelligent thing one can do.
All hail the smarky-smark-smark-smarks. With their in-depth knowledge of backstage politics in the WWE, they're poised to take over the world any day now, I'm sure. | Slestak

Nash doesn't have good in-ring skills, but his presence and mic skill will be missed on Raw. I don't care how much he stinks up a ring, he can give someone the rub. | EastCoastAvenger

Not EVERYONE's gonna miss Big Poochie. We'll see if enough miss him to make a visible dent in ratings/sales/other business related shit. After all, If the absences of The Rock and Stone Cold aren't crippling the WWE, I doubt Big Kev taking time off, letting the King's horses take a stab at putting his Humpty-Dumpty ass together again is gonna make too many people experience withdrawal.
Besides, I'm sure good ol' Mike Michaels (a cookie for anyone who gets that reference!) will be willing to bogart Kev's spotlight until he returns next year. | shea

well, no, but if the deceased has a bloody hole in his chest, logic and common sense would cause one to ASSUME the poor bastard got shot.
Same thing with Nash. No one knows 100% for sure, but come on, BucsFan, two and two still adds up to four, doesn't it?
