Wasn't that rope gimmicked to break?

That brought a terrible image into my mind...Hacksaw Jim Duggan, back in his WWF "prime" (if you can call it that), leaving the ring after the match, closeup of his face, and he had a huge green wad of snot hanging off his facial hair that had just sort of "spit" out.

"I just kicked your leg out of your leg!"

HHH's "bi" remark.

Angle vs. Shane vs. the glass that just won't break.

Any run-in where Security destroys the guy who ran in.

HHH being unable to destroy a motorcycle with a sledgehammer.

That's nothing compared to when he couldn't destroy the Announce Table.

HHH and Mr. Sledgie jobbed to the Announce Table.
Luckily, Mr. Sledgie's friend was underneath the ring or he'd have been screwed in that longish segment.

Um, I may be wrong here, but wasn't that Bret Hart?

Letting Buff Bagwell main event RAW about a year ago.

I didn't see it, but a few months back Lance Storm forgot to kick out, and Funaki got a win.

Another one I can't remember if I saw or not: Hooker, over at Weekly Visitor, used to talk of a time when Rikishi sold a low blow by "trying to fly away." I have a vague memory of this.

One more: There was a deathmatch in FMW or some other fed, and the explosives turned out to be duds.

A good blooper, but an even better ad-lib save...

Scott Hall is fighting Sting. Hall hits a big move, goes for the cover. Sting is supposed to kick out right before the ref's hand hits the canvas for the three count. No biggie, right?

Except Sting forgets to kick out.

So the ref's hand hits the canvas for the third time, THEN Sting kicks out.

Hall gets up, doing the typical "I just won, you blind idiot!" pantomimes. And the following exchange occurs:

REF: *holds up two fingers* TWO!
HALL: *holds up four fingers* FOUR!

Nearly fell outta my freaking chair laughing.

I believe that was the Quebecers.

I might also want to throw in the RVD/Guerrero ladder match, when Guerrero smashed one ladder before it made it into the ring, then RVD falls off another ladder going for the Five-Star.

And any defective mic sequence should be an honorary nomination.

Smith goes for a tope, gets his feet caught on the top rope, drops down headfirst on the cement. got a Rahman-like lump on his head. STILL finished the match.

Can you really call these bloopers? I mean, these guys could've been seriously hurt.

They're still bloopers. For a while it even became J.T. Smith's gimmick until a headbump turned him into an italian.
