My biggest mark-out moment: Chris Benoit beating Sid Vicious and winning the WCW World Heavyweight belt at Souled Out 2000. I ordered the PPV expecting a train wreck, and ended the evening jumping off my couch and screaming.

In no order:
Goldberg beating Hogan for the WCW title.

The promo Rock cut on Billy Gunn after Gunn won KotR.

Rock's first face WWE title win, with help from Stone Cold, over HHH.

Shane purchasing WCW and the simulcast.

Maven eliminating Undertaker from the Rumble.

Maven pinning Undertaker for the Hardcore title with help from Rock.

Brock taking two massive chair shots to the head from the Hardyz and no selling it.

Rock's backstage promo with Lillian. The one with the, "wet...with perspiration" line.

Lots of Rock's promos. Same for Angle (the shark tank one).

Rock beating Hogan at x-8.

I'm sure there are tons more.

Guilty pleasure, not at the level of my other one, but a nice markout nonetheless:

The first appearance of Spike Dudley in the WWF. Caught me completely by surprise, and in a good way.

In no particular order.......

The reformation of ECW (RAW, July 9, 2001)
Benoit & Jericho winning the tag titles from Austin/HHH
(RAW, May 21, 2001)
Walls of Jericho on the ladder
(Benoit vs. Jericho/IC title/Royal Rumble, 2001)
First appearances of Spike Dudley and Rhyno
Jericho winning the Undisputed Title
(Vengeance, December 9, 2001)
John Cena vs. Kurt Angle
(SmackDown, June 27, 2002. Just because it was good, solid wrestling and one of the most entertaining matches I've seen in quite some time.)

For me, this doesn't require a lot of thought. I've been watching pro wrestling for many years, and there have been countless mark out moments; but there's one that stands out head and shoulders above them all: WrestleMania III. The Main Event, for the WWF World Heavyweight Title. Hogan slams Andre. HULK HOGAN BODY SLAMMED ANDRE THE GIANT!!! God, fifteen years later and I still get goosebumps thinking about it!

The last time I marked out was when Brock Lesnar won the King of the Ring. I just LOVE Brock Lesnar and I was SOOO happy I told everyone I knew. Even my friend who was waiting for the encore found out that it would be KING BROCK.

But the biggest mark-out moment? I have two that are on the same level. The first time was when I saw Super J Cup 1994 for the first time. Such awesome wrestling. Since then, I have been trying to spread the J Cup love to all my J Cup deprived friends (who also love it.) The other time was when I went to my first wrestling show. It was the IWF in, I think, South Plainfield. Nova, Danny Doring, and Steve Corino all made appearances and they were awesome. Especially when Nova threw his opponent into a ball-crawl and pelted him with balls. Sure, it was indy, but it was my first show! I've marked out many times, but those two stick out in my mind as the biggest.

Ditto on Goldberg beating Hogan for the title. For me that is the last really dramatic thing I've ever seen in wrestling. Since I'm also an old-timer, put Barry Windham and Mike Rotuna's win over Volkoff and the Iron Shiek on the list as well.

And any Dusty Rhodes win over Ric Flair. Any Hogan win over Flair as well, especially the retirement cage match in the WCW.

The only thing I recently enjoyed was Trish pinning Jazz to win the womens title. Of course she had Bubba Ray Dudley's help, so it wasn't all that unexpected and emotional.

**The first time I stumbled across an ECW television show, late one night on SportsChannel Philly.

**Jerry Lawler's surprise ECW debut. Holy cow.

**Taz and Bam Bam through the ring.

**Mick Foley - WWF Champion.

**Surprise entrant in Royal Rumble (2000?): Honky Tonk Man.

**This evening, when Molly's granny-panties were exposed (I hate thongs.)

John Riggins running for 43 yds and a TD on 4th-and-1 against the Dolphins in Super Bowl XVII... oh, you mean wrestling?

Jericho's debut

Austin coming out as CEO of WWF after VKM is revealed as the Higher Power

Big show throwing Misterio over the top rope and back into the ring from the floor with one arm

Shano Mac elbow hitting the flying elbow on Test who was on the announcing table (Ross: "Don't do it! Don't do it! This is suicide! This is suicide!")

Foley being backdropped through the top of the cage and ring mat by HHH (Hell in the Cell). In fact, anything involving that crazy Mick makes this list.

Any TLC match (particularly the spear from the ladder)

Ric Flair's promo on Ole Anderson after he turned on the Horsemen.

* not in alphabetical order

- Davey Boy Smith pinning Bret Hart at SummerSlam '92 to win the IC Title in England. I was the BIGGEST DBS fan back in the day.

- William Regal's disgustingly sick half-nelson suplex on RVD at WrestleMania 2002.

- Vader powerbombing Cactus Jack on the concrete, summer '92. 1992 was my first exposure to WCW (lived in Portland, Maine and finally had TBS!)

- Benoit/Jericho beating HHH/Austin for the tag titles, May '01. That meant they showed up at RAW is Calgary the following week with the titles...and I was there.

- The first time I saw the Vertebreaker.

I tend to mark out more for moves than anything else, but that's just me.

I marked HARD tonight when I saw Undertaker pat Jeff's head and hold his hand up in victory.

A good storyline match is almost always a mark momment for me.

The best mark outs of all time

-Macho Man beating Flair for the WWF title
-Scott Hall showing up on Nitro
-Goldberg beating Hogan for the WCW title
-Rock joining the Corporation
-Jericho's debut
-Hogan vs. Rock
-the 10 man tag on RAW, Triple H, X-Pac and Radicalz vs. Rock, Cactus Jack, Rikishi and Too Cool, which might have been the second best RAW match of all time, just behind...
-Mankind beating Rock for the WWF title with Austin's help...the best moment in wrestling history

The best mark outs I've seen live:
-the debut of the Radicalz
-Angle winning the WWF title from Austin a couple weeks after 9/11
-Patriot beating Bret Hart on RAW
-Hogan's entrance
-Kane, Rock, and X-Pac vs. Undertaker, Big Show, and HHH house show main event...the crowd was on their feet the entire match.

- Jericho's debut above all.

- Foley's first title win

- And it may be corny, but I was a sucker for the X-Pac/Kane team, so hearing Kane bellow out "Suuuck it!" was great.

Rock vs Hogan at Wrestlemania X8. I doubt I will ever come across another twenty minutes like that in my life. I had no voice for a week after that.

The arrival of the Radicalz and the dismantling they put on the NAO.

The entire sequence between the Shattered Glass and Mankind's first title win on RAW. There has never been a bigger pop for Austin's muic and never a better chair shot (IMO that in that sequence).

Jericho "not" winning the WWF Title from HHH on RAW.

Angle Milk Truck Incident

Booker T putting Austin through a table at KOTR 2001.

RVD going over Austin at Smackdown! the week before 9/11

The first time Shawn Stasiak ran into Regal's Steel Knight.

Another markout moment was being live at RAW last year in Atlanta during the Jericho and Kane vs Storm and Awesome match when I saw the Dudylez, Tazz, Raven, etc. storm the ring and RVD and Dreamer jump the guardrail, I marked out so bad. I remeber that night after RAW, for miles around the arena all you could hear was ECW chants.

1. Jericho's debut promo with the Rock. I still have CRZ's transcript saved on my e-mail it was so good!
2. ECW returns. The moment those guys walked down the stairs, I was yelling. It's too bad they screwed the whole thing up.
3. Steamboat beats Savage at WM3. My brothers and I were going mental through the entire match. It's still the greatest match I've ever seen.
4. TLC I. The original is always the best. When Rainbow Bright Hardy did the Senton Bomb on Bubba Ray Dudley, my house erupted.
5. Hogan/Rocky at WM18. If you didn't mark for that match, you need to find some other form of entertainment.

I should have mentioned Snuka flying off the top of the cage. At the time I had never seen anything like it. That was awesome.

edit: I also marked out when JR said, "That's it, he's dead" following a classic Mick Moment.
