He's the winningest coach in franchise history if I'm not too much mistaken, and he'll always be loved in Indianapolis for bringing us our first pro sports championship since the ABA Champion Pacers. He'll be missed, but at the same time it's probably time for a change.

As long as there is language in Caldwell's contract guaranteeing him the head coaching job upon Dungy's retirement, the Rooney Rule doesn't apply.
