I've ridden Amtrak trains, commuter rail, Greyhound bus, driving, walking, bicycle, etc, etc. These days I usually commute in to Boston on a boat (which has a BAR!), but I go home by taking the subway to a bus. I also drive - 5:00 am every morning here and 7:00 every night there, give or take.
I just put a new engine in the 2000 Corolla, so I'm stuck with that for some time. It's a good enough back-and-forth car, though. 33 mpg. | DrDirt

No gasoline, parking is free, and I can do tune-ups in my living room.
