It's a pretty solid list and I wouldn't disagree with any of them. I might put Savage/Steamboat at #1, though Austin/Bret was great as well.
For all the hype of Undertaker's streak, none of his matches ever show up on these lists. (He did have some good ones against HHH and Flair)

And yeah, I can certainly see why Taker's matches don't often make these lists. He's so often put in there for the purpose of dominating over some barely mobile slug of the week, or otherwise mismatched opposition, that you're going to be hard-pressed to get many epics.
