So I'm guessing he got the fame and you got the long life.

Did you come over here on one of the three ships or did you wait till you were sure he wasn't crazy?

You guys are the only ones who know about it, though. We don't like to acknowledge his existence to a wider audience. :)

Whoa!

At very first glance I thought that the latest picture was a closeup of some kooky monster with kooky teeth. Then I realized it was a closeup of ribs. Mmmmm... ribs!

(Maybe kooky monsters with kooky teeth like ribs, too...)

I am going to spend the day wondering why we get a map of the New York Transit system between Queens and Manhattan.

I must now look for "this day in history" events.

(and yes, like most foods, the ribs yesterday were creepy)

Jeez, I love this movie. The opening narration by Alec Baldwin and the introduction of the kids is possibly one of the best openings of a movie ever.

I saw the World's Largest Twins, and I didn't know what that meant exactly. At what point in their life were they the largest? At birth?

After a google search, I've discovered that wasn't the case.

Old-time wrestling fans might remember them as the McGuire Twins.

Ah, the old days when all you needed to be a wrestler was a damaged pituitary gland.

I disagree.

Now is today's pic a Mac peripheral? I'm not familiar with them.

Trying to figure that out was fun. Now I'm hip to the work of Art Lebedev. Cool stuff!

Just who are the three people in the test pattern pic above? I'm probably going to make a complete dilletante of myself, but they wouldn't be, from left to right, Hugh Guiler, Anais Nin and Henry Miller, by chance?
