Because I only ever report the series that disappear, let me switch moods for a thread and note that the previously quoted B&C story (broadcastingcable.com) ALSO mentions that ABC sitcom "What About Brian?" has been filled out for a full season's worth of episodes. This is actually their SECOND season, but if you've never heard of it, I can't blame you - it airs Monday nights opposite football and RAW and probably some other shows as well. However, reports indicate that it DOES do a fair job of holding onto the same audience that watches its lead-in - "The Bachelor: Rome."

You hit the nail on the head, CRZ. Talk about an anonymous show. The renewal has to be a good-faith deal with JJ Abrams for delivering them Lost and Alias.
