Interestingly, they don't list his real name when wishing him best of luck, like they've done others.

Two Mexicools down, one left.

I thought he would've gotten the axe as soon as word of the "carjacking" incident hit the US. What took so long?

They tend to TRY to let the guy know he's gone before they tell the Internet. (Unless you're Justin Credible hiding in a bunker, ah ah ah.)

They also might have wanted to get some additional information; Psicosis' friends were circulating a different version of the story, and they probably wanted to talk to a few people to sort it out.

There might have been some contractual reason where letting him go on November 1 worked better than sometime in October.

They just took them this long to realize he was still on the roster. Seriously though, how long till he ends up in TNA?

He wasn't in TNA for any stretch of time before signing with WWE, and I don't see the arrest adding to his allure.

If rumors that I'd read on the Internets were true (which I can't find online now, so I could go with the original source) it was a matter of paperwork getting back to WWE about the arrest.

Yeah, but now he's spent a year or so in WWE, which in the minds of TNA talent relations trumps all else.
