Or, at least it's ruled a fumble when the Miami defensive back's knee gave out and ruled a touchdown when Duke ran it back. Even if it was proved wrong on replay, Miami couldn't really protest since their President doesn't believe in reviewing tape from a game. Request to Nike: Please halt making uniforms. The uniforms you make are hideous. Boston College looked more like Florida State than Florida State did, both in terms of uniforms and execution on the field. Florida State in Boise in December? They'll be lining up to buy that travel package. Oregon now can set their sights on going to scenic El Paso on New Year's Eve weekend with their loss. If they hated San Diego and the Holiday Bowl against Oklahoma so much last year, imagine the reaction this year to the Sun Bowl against Purdue/Indiana/Michigan State. Weird that the biggest bunch of quitters in college football turn out to have the greatest comeback in NCAA history. Comeback might even help Michigan State to get 6 wins and bowl eligibility. 1 play in 4 games away from this being a Bloodbath Saturday for the 1-loss BCS teams rather than a Survival Saturday. Texas/Tennessee/Notre Dame/California survive to live another day. Now, was Nebraska fumbling the ball away on a play where they achieved what was almost a clinching 1st Down the biggest choke or UCLA's defense disappearing in the last minute against Notre Dame the biggest choke of the weekend? Huge difference in the Notre Dame offense when they go no huddle rather than traditional style. Weis needs to realize that very quickly. Promote this thread! | | Quezzy

At one point I was thrilled that Cal, Notre Dame, Alabama, and Texas were all losing because then Florida would be moving up in the polls which would maybe be enough to bump them up in the BCS. Then one by one by they all came back. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
