Got taken to see this one (by the gf, of course). I figured it couldn't be THAT bad if Vince Vaughn was the co-star. And it certainly wasn't terrible. I was almost inclined to say it was good until that last half-hour hit. Coincidentally enough, it was also the half-hour that Jennifer Aniston was left to carry.

Someone needs to learn that Aniston CANNOT carry a romantic lead role to save her life. It was alright on Friends because it was only a half-hour sitcom that centered around five other characters, so it was easy to overlook her faults. But when she's needed to carry this type of role on her own, she falls on her face.

It's worth a look, though. Vince Vaughn rules the day again. Honorable mention also goes to Jason Bateman, who I seriously wish had gotten more screen time.

I think you are wrong about Jennifer Aniston. Watch Friends With Money or The Good Girl sometime. I think she even did a fine job in Picture Perfect for what it was.

This was a great movie, and its worth seeing for the supporting cast alone. All the characters are great. It had a coherent plot and the ultimate outcome beautiful and real. But the movie was still very entertaining.

I don't feel like we've been overwhelmed with Vaughn/Aniston controversy either. But it is interesting how last year, Vaughn had a significant role in Mr. And Mrs. Smith.

Also, if you are a fan of A Christmas Story, Peter Billingsley has a decent role in The Break-Up.
