| #1 Posted on 14.5.02 1851.25 Reposted on: 14.5.09 1856.12 | While I enjoyed the Imperfect End article, Parts Unknown screwed up a bit on listing Hennig's title accomplishments. Here's the correction.
Hennig actually only held the WCW U.S. Title once. He defeated Steve McMichael for it the night after Hennig's WarGames turn on the Horsemen, and lost it to Diamond Dallas Page at Starrcade. Promote this thread! | | Parts Unknown

The AWA title reign I'm sure of, but the tag titles I freely admit to confusion on.

It was a great article. I enjoyed seeing him at the Rumble, but actually couldn't believe the hype he got upon his return on wienerville. I expected Hennig to go for some announcer/trainer job soon after but alas, he just jobbed alot.
Thank God he is gone (for us and for him), and yes I will remember him as the old perfect Mr. Perfect.. | Parts Unknown

I told him that the Mr. Perfect tribute is by far not a comprehensive history, just my memories of him. I only watched WWF growing up, then WCW, and now WWE, so that's mainly what I stuck to. BTW, I emailed a corrected copy of the article to CRZ and asked him to change the stupid title history mistakes I made. We'll see what he does with it. :) | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
