This is all heading to the junction at the moment and it was a fantastic 30 minutes of television to get there. It's funny, because the first part of the episode was a little bit on the slow side, but then it was so rat-rat-tat-tat to the point that I know I missed 40% of the jokes from laughing so much at the other 60%. Thank god for the DVR.

But the whole Jim saga just took on a whole new layer, what with knowing that Pam is now pissed at him AND the fact that he realizes that spending that much of a work day fucking with Dwight may be fun at the time, but doesn't make you a productive human being.

This has been a fantastic first full season for them, though. One of those years where all the planets alligned, and hopefully come Season 3 they can keep momentum going, because sometimes that's not easy. And I say that now before the finale somehow does something to bother me, because I forget there's a start of next season where it gets resolved.

That was great, subtle acting on John Krasinski's part. You can see the point when he realizes that he has wasted his career tormenting Dwight. I loved how this episode allowed almost everyone in the cast to shine, because they are so solid. Can't wait for the finale, but I couldn't tell from the preview if it takes place at Pam's wedding or not. Dwight did have on a tux, but Jan was there, and I wouldn't think she would be invited. Then again, I wouldn't have thought Angela would have been invited either.

Everyone's dressed up for the Dunder-Mifflin "Casino Night"...in the warehouse.

Dwight Fart Schrute.

Oh man, hearing those pranks listed one after the other just killed me. Weighing down the phone receiver with change was priceless.

Michael was playing it a little too straight. Kinda caught me off guard.

Next week is not the wedding, but rather...

Agreed.
I was starting to feel bad for Dwight...almost. I loved the macro he programmed to make him type his name as "Diapers".

It's great to see little things brought back like Angela's poster --which was brought up in a previous episode.
As someone who has attended workplace conflict resolution trainings I was laughing so hard I missed parts.
Michael's solutions were just GOD AWFUL bad. Make Oscar wear an image he hates on a T-Shirt so he doesn't have to see it? Have someone make sexual comments back to Kevin?
Michael Scott: Most incompetent boss EVER.

The camera catching Jim mouthing "That's what she said" as Michael was saying it was AWESOME.

(It's a whites-only bathroom. Look at the man on the sign.)

I loved the look of "you were right" Michael gave Toby and the look of "I told you so" Toby gave back to Michael. Little things like that make this show better than just about anyhting else on TV right now. I can;t wait to re-watch season 2 on DVD.
