My two favorite Wrestlemania moments both happened at WMIII. Was watching it on closed circuit tv at the Long Beach Convention Center and it was awesome. Those two moments would be Roddy Piper beating Adrian Adonis, and Savage vs. Steamboat.
Would've thrown Benoit winning the belt and the celebration with Eddy on the list, but it wouldn't be fair to the rest of the WM moments -- that's my favorite wrestling moment ever.

Kidding, I was 15, though I did mark out. But that's not my favorite moment.
I will go old school and say Hogan bodyslamming, legdropping and pinning Andre at WrestleMania III. I was 12 and that was at that point the greatest thing I'd ever seen.
...count me in as another: I lived in Toronto when the WWF Wrestlemania machine came to town...and the media exposure that they got was amazing. From having Hogan and the Warrior's mugs on bus wraps (you know, those plastic covers) to having a section every weekend for a month), to the actual event...it was an amazing experience.
And I was just as surprized at the outcome as anyone else was.
I actually credit (or would that be blame?) WMVI and the surrounding hype for my interest in wrestling...and it's something that's been unfaltering since that day.

WMX, after Bret Hart beat Yoko for the strap. All the faces came out, had a big love-fest. Last out, is Owen who beat the new champ earlier in the night, he stops about half way to the ring, Savage and Tatanka hold open the ring ropes for him. With a bitter scour upon his face he nods and walks away. Something so simple, but damn it was a great way to end that card.

Rock-Hogan was super awesome in my book. Probably my favorite moment.
I'm probably the only person left in the world who will admit this, but I enjoyed WM IX. It was the first WrestleMania my parents let me order, and I had a bunch of friends over to watch it. I think it might have even been one of my wrestling-themed birthday parties. I just loved everything about it. And, since I was a super-duper Hogan mark at the time, his run-in at the end was an unexpected and very welcome surprise.

Tops on my list is Benoit's win at WrestleMania XX and his post-match celebration with Eddie Guerrero.
But I also loved Hogan/Rock from X-8, TLC 2 and Shane/Vince from X-7, Batista beating the hell out of Triple H to win the title at WM21, Shelton running up the ladder at the same event, Austin winning the title at XIV...

The WM2000 ladder match was simply an astonishing destruction derby, exceeding all the lofty expectations for it and cementing the stardom of the three teams involved. Plus it launched 2000-era E&C upon the world.
