I found a nice site called
http://television.aol.com/in2tv,
Firefox says I'm using Windows 95. I can use Windows but rather use Firefox. I have Firefox v. 1.5.0.1

I think you are talking about the system requirements:

If that's the case, Windows 95 is the operating system and is related to Windows XP in the requirements. In2TV is checking for compliance with their minimum requirements, I guess, and until you upgrade your OS, they're gonna freeze you out. Sorry. :(

Hm... odd. I wonder why they are requiring XP. Is Media player 10 not available for 2000?

Sorry, If I didn't make this clear. I'm using Windows XP service pack 2 and have Windows Media 10.It's Firefox that doesn't recognize it.
Guru here's what the site says
"AOL has included rights protection on all In2TV video content and you need Windows XP and Windows Media Player 10 to experience all that this great new service has to offer."

Do you have the user agent switcher? I tried it on mine _ XP service pack 2 and Firefox 1.5.0.1 and it worked just fine. If you don't have it, install the User Agent Switcher and see if that fixes it.

Thanks for the help. Crimedog now Foxfire recognizes I'm using XP. It doesn't help me with that site but it is still very useful, thanks. I'm going to try to re-install Foxfire and my Windows Media Player. If that doesn't work I'll just watch it on Windows.
