Once again, the highlight of my tournament season will be trying to come up with a witty name before failing miserably.

In as Mystery Matt (my name on the CZW board in my signature). Last year, I got second place...so there is probably nowhere to go but down. At least I can import my picks from the other game I'm in.

I've never finished in the top 50% of any of the NCAA tourney pickems on the W, so of course the Green Mist is in again this year.

Following my fantastic showings the last two years, I'm going to predict that I'm only getting 8 teams into the Sweet 16. Hence, 8 out of 16 ain't so bad.

Yes the real question is; "Did all of the Kentuckians have UK getting blown out by UConn in Round 2?" I sure as heck did. I even almost picked UAB to win but ended up going with us based on the revenge factor.

I did and relied on revenge, preparation, and my blue glasses to get past UAB. I'd love to think that we had a shot at UConn, but I just can't play that 1/10 chance.

I'm just trying not to get burned by picking too many SEC teams this year. Look out for the South Alabama - Florida game. Pelphrey is a former assitant of Donovan's and should give Florida a better game than many will expect. I'm not calling for the upset, but I think it will be closer than expected.

(hey, I went 31/32 on opening round last year, no way I can hit that again, why not try something new?)

First they have to get past UAB, but with more days to prepare than the last time they played them, I think Tubby will have the Cats ready. To get UConn, I think Morris would have to play like NBA teams missed the boat on him last Summer against UConn's front line, and I just don't see it happening. Hopefully things will get better next year.

Damn you A&M, for blowing out my Atlanta bracket.

(Well, actually I would blame McNamara, but I don't think he could handle that right now, and I don't want Boeheim cussing me out.)
