While we all anxiously await the news of which of our local stations will receive the coveted "The CW" affiliation, Roger Ailes & company have decided to put together "My Network TV" - a network which will start with the FOX-owned stations that have absolutely no plans to join up with The CW. (We've got one of the new "anchors" here in the Cities - WFTC 29, which is moving as quickly as possible to remove all traces of the UPN logo from non-prime-time programming)
The most hyped programming for the nascent net are two 65-part (13 weeks, five nights a week) telenovelas, well they're just like novelas except they're in English and American.
Read the press release at http://www.newscorp.com/news/news_277.html to learn more about the next big thing.
That logo's pretty all over the place, though. I mean, it's no "The CW" but it's a different KIND of bad.
EDIT: I just realised I've seen that logo before - it was the *TNN* logo!
