He's more hilarious watching him as well as listening to him. Frosty is right! He has most things scripted. He's looking down while talking and turning pages. Just listening, you would think he was more conversational. But no, he's going through his list of points to make and it's pretty comical.

It's like he's reading stuff his staff wrote for him on the fly (or it's stuff he didn't remember writing), and isn't expecting a difficult word to sneak in there. It cracks me up. I'm waiting to see him do it this broadcast.
