There usually aren't Heat or Velocity tapings at a supershow. Maybe one dark match, but that's usually it. The RAW/SD tapings (and the time needed to convert the set between them) usually takes up any time that could be used for Heat/Velocity. | XPacArmy

All they do between shows is change ring skirts and lightning rigs (RAW's pyro/lights is predominantly red, Smackdown's is blue).
And the lack of Velocity & Heat is more them trying not to burn out crowds, as typically the shows run ~4 1/2 hours, and fans tend to get rather...testy. | XPacArmy
