Wow. Just wow. A reference to the "Wacky Delly" episode of Rocko's Modern Life. You just single-handedly redeemed HHH for me. Well, not really, but you made me very happy for a moment at least.

Now if HHH were to suddenly start playing the role of Really Really Big Man...

I actually kinda liked the show. Main event was boring, but I was pretty happy with everything else. I liked Cena's promo. The delivery was so ridiculous that I just wound up enjoying it. And the Spirit Squad worked for me, too. They decide Coach should be an actual coach. Okay, I'm undecided on that, but what's he the coach of? Male cheerleaders. Now I'm sold. The icing on it was Coach's reaction afterwards, like it was the greatest thing that ever happened to him.

Coach is the new Harvey Wippleman.
Has he ever given the rub to anyone?

They aligned him with Cade, that died.
They aligned him with Conway, that died.
They aligned him with the Heartbreakers, that died.
He was aligned with Bischoff, who's gone.

He feuded with Tajiri, who is now gone.
He feuded with Eugene, who is now gone.
He feuded with Austin, who...yep.

Coach is the Kiss of Death.

Good Raw though.

I think this Benjamin thing will work. Showed good fire and this angle seems like it'll actually go somewhere.

Great promo by Vince.

Cena's Hacksaw reference was so left-field that it redeemed the entire promo.

Edge is soooo money right now. Here's hoping he reigns till Mania.

I was waiting for Vince to mention something about the GM search last night, but no dice. See, RAW CAN be done without a lame GM character.

The only ending to this Michaels/McMahon feud I want is for Bret Hart to come out and screw the both of them.

Yeah, I know, it'll never happen, but I can still hope for it.

I immediately was thinking the exact same thing when I saw him in that Steeler jersey.

BTW....whatever happened to Coach hating Ben Roethlisberger ever since Big Ben blew him off backstage in Pittsburgh ? After they showed the clip on Raw of Coach being blown off by Roethlisberger, didn't Coach get all pissed off and say that he was going to be cheering on the Bengals to beat the Steelers ? Now suddenly the last 2 weeks Coach is a big fan of Big Ben.

I wonder if someone from the WWE possibly talked Ben into making an appearance on Raw after the play-offs are over.

Well...I'm assuming you're being sarcastic, but just to clarify:

1. I don't think the inability of Cade, Conway, and the Hearthrobs to get over is Coach's fault. How much rub can you really give guys with no gimmick (Cade at the time), a dead-end gimmick (Conway), and a gimmick that they do little to nothing with (The Hearthrobs)?
2. Bischoff sabbatical was planned anyway, but again, think you were just adding that as a pretense for the punchline.
3. Tajiri left on his own accord, even saying in an article he wrote in Japan that his heart wasn't into wrestling for them anymore. Eugene, we all know what happened there. Austin...okay, I blame that partially on Coach, not because he had any say over it but because Austin walked more or less because he didn't want to job to him.

I'm only refuting these sarcastic points because I've always been of the mindset since the heel turn that Coach, if used properly, would be a very good to awesome heel manager. He cuts decent promos, has a good heel presence, and has that natural look to him that makes you want to sock him one.

If Creative kept him out off the commentary team and out of PPV matches, he'd be a lot more valuable to them. I hope that the Cheer Squad is an early indication of that. Sure, I could see the gimmick running its course quickly, but it'd be at least a step in the right direction.

It would be nice. However, IIRC, Vince is no longer paid as a performer in WWE, he just collects his package as Chairman. I believe he dropped his performer salary roughly around the same time as he announced the drug testing. Strange that....
