Lunch: BBQ Soybeef Spaghetti*
Lupper: Huge protein shake
Dinner: Leftover BBQ pasta

* One jar Ragu tomato basic sauce + one bottle K.C. Masterpiece BBQ sauce + Tony Chachere cajun spice + tabasco = the greatest pasta sauce ever made. I eat it every day. Today, it was with wheat/flax oil spaghetti and soy ground beef substitute. Nutritious, delicious in my belly.

hmmm...

Got up: large bottle of diet mountain dew and can of regular v-8.

Meal one: Went to Cracker Barrel. Ate fried shrimp meal (yum!) with hush puppies, mashed potatoes and gravy x2, green beans, and sour dough rolls.

Snack: salted peanuts in the shell.

Meal two: leftover boiled potatoes with four strips of a good thick cut bacon with a large glass of chocolate milk.

No breakfast, no lunch. First thing was a bagel on the way to my girlfriend's around 4:30. Then came her birthday dinner...

* An assortment of artisan cheeses

Yesterday's food selection for me

Breakfast: apple, cranberries, granola, milk

Lunch: leftover kohlrabi au gratin, leftover salmon with lemon and capers, spinach salad with walnuts

Dinner: caesar salad, bad lasagna at a restaurant I will not be returning to


EDIT: I feel like a jerk for saying this, but I looked over the previous entries in this thread and had trouble resisting. I don't have the best nutritional habits myself, but c'mon people, fuel your bodies properly.

I don't think your a jerk for saying this. It is part of the reason I started this thread in the first place. If people would write down honestly what they ate every day, they could see all of the crap they put into their bodies. Especially me. My last doctor's visit involved the words "maybe you need to see a nutritionist". The phrase "turkey bacon" though sent chills down my spine. LOL

Breakfast: A Toasted multi-grain bagel with lite cream cheese, thin slice of honey ham and an egg...(yummuy combo..cream chesse and eggs)

Snack: small pack of peanut M and M's

Lunch: a big salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, feta cheese and chichen (another all-time fav!)

Dinner: my boyfriend is making stuffed cornish game hens, green beans with red onions and mushrooms in an oyster sauce and rice. Probably have a chocolate cookie for dessert.

Wow! Not a bad day...

Breakfast: banana, cocoa All-Bran Bites, fat-and-sugar-free vanilla yogurt w/museli topping

Lunch: wonton soup; grilled chicken fresh veggie rolls; York peppermint patties

Supper: Will be a Subway turkey sub (footlong). Will also have baked chips or pretzels (depending on what is at the store) and some kind of reasonably low-cal chocolate (maybe a Kit Kat Senses or a mint Three Musketeers bar).

Also: water; coffee; diet soda; tiny free samples of pumpkin muffin and pumpkin spice latte

Lunch: half pesto chicken salad wrap, half tomato basil mozz sandwich (catered meeting)

Wedding Anniversary Dinner at The Melting Pot (meltingpot.com)(fondue restaurant)
- Gruyere, Raclette, Fontina cheese fondue with white wine, garlic, mustard, nutmeg. Dipped apples, cauliflower, and bread.
- Garden salad
- Hot vegetable broth for cooking filet mignon, sauerbraten, bratwurst, shrimp, chicken, sun-dried tomato ravioli, mushrooms, broccoli, potato. Various dipping sauces.
- S'more fondue (milk chocolate, marshmallow, graham bits). Dipped strawberries, bananas, graham crackers, rice krispie treats, pieces of pound cake, brownies

This morning: no breakfast for me after that feast

First, my family has always used the Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner nomenclature. My 80 year old grandmother did the Dinner/Supper one as she grew up, because she will often use those terms before remembering how we do it and correcting herself.

As for yesterday:

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Corned Beef Hash with 4 chicken wings

Dinner: More corned beef hash with small bag of Doritos. Dessert was one reese's cup

At 12:14am (i.e. right now): Mountain Dew and powdered mini-donuts (yeah, I know)
