She blogs. I blog. I found hers first. Asked her if she was going to an upcoming concert by Big John Bates, a rockabilly concert/burlesque show. I figured that any girl who'd go to something like that would probably be awesome. She hadn't planned on going, but decided to after I asked. This was in April of 2005. The rest is history, and fairly awesome history at that.

Well, the girl I am seeing now, we used to work together. I used to flirt with her all the time.I used to always joke with her that when she dumped her boyfriend, she should call me. Well, I havent seen her in a year or more, and recently me and my girlfriend split. Well, a few days ago, I get an email and all it said was "just wanted to let you know I am single now" So, I emailed back "Not sure if I should say 'I'm Sorry' or ask you out" so, she responds that I should ask her out. I did, and now we've been seeing each for a few weeks.

I met my wife at my job. She was a student who worked there part-time during the summer, and I saw her and didn't have the guts to come up and talk to her in first place. But over the weekend all I had in mind was her, so on Monday I pulled myself together, asked her if we could spend lunch time together......and so things developed:-).

Friendster, actually. I sent her a message that we should be friends b/c she was cute and I smelled good. We had our first date a week later after spending about 8 hrs a night on AIM, and we've been together since.

First met my wife at a football match as we both support the same team. However, for ages she was just 'one of the crowd' and we ended up being good friends for at least two years. Then one Christmas, things started 'happening' between us, culminating in what was meant to be a joke kiss under the miseltoe in front of all our football friends (who'd dared us to after a match) that, shall we say, lingered a little too long.

For the next month, said friends talked about nothing else and teased both of us relentlessly, but we barely saw each other due to strange work schedules and me being on a skiing holiday. By the time I got back, I had made up my mind that this was worth a shot (had previously been worried about ruining what had been up to then a great friendship) and told her "well, everyone seems to think we're already dating, so why not?"

It was only after we started going out that we discovered how much else we had in common besides football and things took off from there. Two years later she moved in with me, then after another two years we got married (May 2004).

She was Brazilian...or maybe Chinese, something weird. We met in the bathroom of a K-Mart, and we made out for hours. After that we parted ways, never to see each other again.

My wife and I were both Student Nurses together. She caught my eye from day one, but she was painfully shy. I'd tried to talk to her a few times at university, with no joy, but one night around twenty of us went to a few bars. I made a point "accidentally" to spill her drink, then I had to buy her another. We got chatting, and now we've been together for nearly 5 years. She *claims* she knew all along I'd spilt her drink on purpose....

The spilling drink bit always seems to work in one way or another. I remember my girlfriends' and my first date: I tripped on the rug (!!!) at the fast food restaurant we were dining at, and knocked over my soda, soaking the table and rug around her. She wasn't at the table, so she was safe from the accident, but regardless...she must have thought my clumsiness was endearing, because two months later, we're still together :-)

Through a chatroom...we had known each other for over a year by the time we actually hooked up, and it was purely coincidental. Hell, before the time that we actually started seeing each other, I was to the point of putting her on ignore, but just never did. Now nearly 4 years later, we've been living together for over 3 years, even if it meant me moving to Texas.
