He was able to obtain a visa because both of his parents were born in Iraq. Of course, I would have thought that minors would need parental consent before being able to obtain a visa, particularily to a place like Iraq. But maybe not. | redsoxnation

Wouldn't he technically fall into the category of runaway and be remanded into state custody while an investigation occurred? And, if it is a boarding school, shouldn't someone be investigating what sort of supervision they provide minors?
