I'm torn on Peyton Manning a lot of the time, but, hell, do I love those ads. My wife hates football, and she still laughs at that ad nearly every time.

The fact that Peyton's not in uniform says a lot about his potential marketability.

I still love the VW/Mr. Roboto ad from a few years back.

My favorite parts of both those ads are the last ones. The first one had Peyton high-fiving stockbrokers and I got a kick every time he said "you're on my fantasy team." I love his reaction to receiving the apron in the second one.

I also say "Chipatopolay" on a fairly regular basis.

I've been loving the Sierra Mist commercials with Debra Wilson, Nicole Sullivan, Michael Ian Black and some other comedians (the others I can't quite remember right now). Those are always great.

Also there was a Gamefly commercial I saw once and never again. It was set in Mexico at a puppet show based on Pac-Man complete with a mariachi band playing the Pac-Man theme. I loved that one.

I miss the BK office commericals

That, and "Can you sign this for my brother? He LOVES you!"

I laughed out loud to the Miller commercial in the courtroom, and the judge rules in favor of Flavor-Flav being an expert on flavor, saying, "The man has legally changed his name to Flavor-Flav!" followed by the beloved "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah, boyyyyyy!"

Also, I admit to enjoying the Capital One commercials - both the ones with the vikings taking odd jobs around the city, and the other one with the family visiting the wife's parents, eliciting the line, "Kids, change into your Halloween costumes while Mom hides the Easter eggs."

I like when he looks over at his mother who is still holding the raw turkey in her hand and he says: "So are you gonna cook that?"

I like most of the ones mentioned in this thread. Especially the King. Can't get enough of the King.

Another one I especially liked was a cell phone company (not sure which one) ad where the old executive is sitting in his office and a young employee asks him about his cell phone and the boss tells him about the features...

Boss: "It's my way of sticking it to the man."
Employee: "But...you ARE the man.... So, you're sticking it to yourself?"
Boss: (pauses) "Maybe."

Did anybody see the new Peyton Manning MC commercial that premiered yesterday? It was basically a series of "outtakes" from the "DCaf" spot, where he keeps screwing up and cracking up during the middle of it. The final line?

Realizing you're not perfect? PRICELESS.

Now, my understanding is that that commercial was going to debut yesterday regardless, but the fact that it aired RIGHT AFTER the Colts game was deliciously ironic. The only way that commercial could have been better is if Peyton pointed at the old black dude sitting next to him and complained about him blowing his lines and that was why he couldn't get the job done.

I also am a big fan of the Don Cheadle playoff ads. Especially the newest one:

Cheadle: I dunno, it just looks better with the ring. *shrugs*

Right now, I am really digging the animated PSP commercial with the squirrels.

"WHAAAAAAT? Squirrel, please."

Hi-freakin-larious.
