LOST is EVERYWHERE so how is it really 'lost'? Disney and Verizon is filming 22 'mini episodes' that will be be available to watch on Verizon Wireless V Cast in January. Don't worry though, they'll be available on the Season Two boxed set out next year.
HELLBOY goes 2-D! Adult Swim will get a awesome new show next year thanks to Mike Mignola and Guillermo Del Toro with Ron Perlman and Selma Blair doing the voices. A direct-to-DVD animated film is also in the works. AWESOME!!!
The WB is going ahead with an AQUAMAN series pilot and all I can think of is how I REALLY hate ENTOURAGE over this.
Fox wants to piss YOU off... and you too with the announcement that there's gonna be a little show next year called HE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES. It's based (DUH!) on the TERMINATOR series and will take place between T2 and T3. This will obviously only reach the pilot stage, I'm hoping.
NBC has picked up SURFACE for the full season... WHAT THE HELL?!?!?! WHY???
ABC has picked up INVASION for the full season... knowing Shawn Cassidy, this will ONLY last one season though, the poor guy.
I missed the original post, but as you all know, SKY ONE over in England will be making a new PRISONER series, which I hope works out for them. However, the idea of there NOT being a Village disturbs me to no end. How can there be a 'Prisoner' without a 'Village' to be trapped in?
BATTLESTAR GALLACTICA has been renewed for a third season! Good news. SG-1 and STARGATE: ATLANTIS have also been renewed. (What about FARSCAPE? *sniff*)
BBC 3 has announced a spin-off of the new DOCTOR WHO is in the works. TORCHWOOD starts filming its 13 episode season in February.
The MUPPETS return to prime time with the announcement of AMERICA'S NEXT MUPPET. ABC and Disney bring a 'reality based' slant to the show allowing audiences vote on a new muppet... this COULD work.
SIN CITY isn't just getting 2 sequels... it's also getting a tv series! Set start sometime after the sequels a done, this hour drama series will be produced by the Weinstein Co. and are shopping it to HBO and Showtime.
Speaking of HBO, they've talked David Cronenberg to adapt DEAD RINGERS into a series for them. I hope it does better then the SOPRANOS.
Jim Butcher's 'Dresden Files' series of novels are on the way the the Sci-Fi Channel, thanks to Nic Cage; he'll produce the series. ...think Harry Potter meets CSI.
'Overexposed Much' poster-boy WOLVERINE gets animated. It's being done by the same company that did MTVs SPIDER-MAN a few years ago mixing 2-D and 3-D animation. Expect a 2007 air date.

Funny thing is that Mainframe did animate the MTV series.
Now, if Aquaman is done by the usual DC animated crew, I could give it a shot. Also, I really wish they would bury the Terminator franchise.
