Reposted on: 6.5.09 0859.01 | They'd be crazy NOT to add things to the PC version. That's one way to get people (like me) who own the PS2 version to buy the PC port as well.
The other way can be summed up in one word: MODDING. Would you pay for GTA3 again if the new edition let you build your own cars, weapons, player skins... and cities? I'm just hoping that there's an extensive texture library being developed, so that modders can base cities on their own neighborhoods more easily...
