I am thankful for a life that seems easy and for challenges that I am able to neet. I am thankful that my wife's parents are finally moving toward assisted living and are finally allowing me to fix their house up (even though it's going to end up being sold for medicaid after they spend all their savings on nursing homes).

I'm thankful for a wife and kids who love me and who cause me no discernable trauma. (and I hope they can say the reverse is true).

And I am most thankful to God who sustains me daily. In fact, all these thanks are to Him and to His son.

It's not the Canadian thanksgiving, but still...I give thanks for:

-Twila, my girlfriend, who is the closest thing to being THE ONE than anyone else I dated.

-The freedom of religion, and the comfort my religion gives me.

-My best friends Mark and Bruce, whom I've been close with for over ten years

-WWE, CSI, MXC, and The Office: the sole reasons I have cable

-Most of all, my family...for always standing behind me and supporting me in whatever I do.

Not to sound like a broken record, but I am thankful that I have a wife and family that love me no matter what!!

To have two healthy boys is truly a gift, and I am thankful every day that they are part of my life, along with the best wife and mother one could ask for.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you Yanks!!

As much as I've been complaining about not having heat (our furnace has been broken for almost three months and my parents are in the process of getting the money to replace it) I know it could be a lot worse. At least I've got a house. So that, and finally getting to where I want to be (re: job, etc.)

My wife, my parents' good health, her parents' improving health, my dogs (they're the closest thing to children I have), and the opportunities I've had that have allowed me to obtain a good education and lay the foundations of a good career.
