I heard that some ticket holders are able to keep collectible chairs. How does it work? Thanks

If you buy the special (and specially priced) ringside seats, you get to keep your seat. Look at Ticketmaster and see the most expensive tickets. Those tickets, you keep your seat.

For this show, $250 ticket holders would be able to get the chairs home by presenting the tix to staff?

Sit ringside/floor.

Or when the event is over offer $25.00 - $150.00* to somebody walking out of the arena with one.

*I've only seen them sold at the higher end. Always start on the low side. people either say no or they will name their price.

I remember a funny story about when I attended Survivor Series 2004. One of the security guards working that event at Gund Arena(now Quicken Loans Arena) got in trouble for not allowing fans in his little area to leave with their chairs.

If you end up not being able to get a ringside seat, or you end up not being able to afford it, try Ebay after the PPV.

I couldn't afford a ringside seat at Unforgiven when it came to Pittsburgh, so I later picked up a Unforgiven PPV seat on Ebay for $70. Odds are that the seller will probably live in your area....so instead of having to shell out more money for shipping, you can hopefully end up like me and pick it up the chair at the sellers house (or maybe meet the seller somewhere).

I'd just like to point out that "Quicken Loans Arena" has gotta be the WORST stadium name I've ever heard.

If it was "Quicken Arena," it'd be fine. But Quicken Loans Arena just makes it sound like a bank.

Keep in mind that I live in a town where the major sports venues are named for KeyBank, Safeco Insurance, and Quest Communications. I'm plenty familiar with the corporate whoring of public venues. ;)

Any floor ringside seats within 5 rows on the sides or 5-10 on the ends gets to keep their chair. Just becuase you spedn a certain amoutn doesn;t mean you get a chair. If you go to sit down and your chair looks like below, then you have to stay after the event for 20-30 mins and then a WWE official will check you ticket stub and then cut the chair loose (a row of chairs are all fastened together with plastic ties) from the rest of the row.

Its a normal metal folding chair with the PPV logo on cushons that are bolded to the backrest and seat. I have 2 Royal Rumble chairs, and a Backlash chair so far. My goal is to have one of every PPV from various years.
