Obviously, I can't speak of Kurt, but seperations happen for a lot of reasons besides traveling. I travel a lot - not as much as wrestlers, obviously, but a lot (I have 20+ week long trips this year ). No problem in my family.

The liklihood is that the travel is just a piece of the problem and they have a lot more to work out than just "Kurt, I need you home more," because I suspect Kurt could arrange to work fewer house shows if he needed to. There's probably lots of other issues.

If you ever saw her OVW matches - particularly in-person - you would know that this is a fact.

She seemed to do it more when she went through a time wearing boy's underoos as part of her costume.

Helms' new music= Awesome.

Eric dismissing Lita= Awesome.

I like how Styles would keep calling the damn match while King and Coach argued about whatever the fuck announcers talk about instead of calling the match.

Three man booth is a cluster fuck. Eliminate King or Coach immediately.

Anyway that Edge somehow uses that money in the bank clause to get out of his match next week? Or makes a deal to wrestle for SD at Survivor Series? I don't see Batista / Edge going down just wam bam...

I'm tired of mixed-bag tag matches everyweek as my main event. Make the Intercontinental Title match the main event so that something is actually on the line. You want to give credibility to your secondary titles? Defend them weekly and don't ALWAYS stick them below the World Title. I mean, would it have killed the WWE to book Flair / Conway as the Main Event... HHH use the special referee angle rather then the pointless return of Diavari? People might care that the IC title is even part of that feud rather then have it be just some floating background theme.

Is this mentioned anywhere outside of Wikipedia? I don't always trust the information I find on there. I hope he fixes his relationship.

I'm guessing Edge is gonna take a Monster Bump~ and retire for a bit while he has his surgury, right? Who wants to make an early bet that Lita's going to turn on Edge on Friday? Or....for that matter, Hardy's gonna get involved in the Batista/Edge match?

Anytime they do the NA NA HEY HEY GOODBYE bit on a pro wrestling show (and it doesn't involve Jim Ross singing it) I laugh my head off.

I have to agree that three men in the announcing booth is just too much. Listen to Lawler and Styles at Taboo Tuesday - the two of them worked quite well together (especially when you consider it was their first time, I'm pretty sure), not only was Styles excellent, but Lawler had turned up his game quite a bit.

Then you had last night's situation. Coach kept talking when he probably shouldn't have, going back and forth from play-by-play guy to heel announcer. I have no problem with him playing the heel, but why do that when you have Lawler doing a decent job of that already?

All that said, I really do hope they make Styles the permanent replacement. He adds a lot to the show.... and honestly, I never thought I'd be such a fan of his announcing work (really hated it in ECW).

Or maybe it should've been the idea? I dunno.

I don't know this for fact, but it was purported that this angle was done because the WWE wanted Angle to get more heat from the casual fans. This is so they don't have a repeat of what has happened recently with John "the face" Cena getting booed during their matches leading up to and including Survivor Series.

If this is true, then the WWE is very smart. It doesn't mean I'll cheer Angle any less, but it obviously worked on the live crowd there last night, so it's a good move.

Joey Styles made Raw bearable this week. And the women helped. Thank you hormones and ECW memories.

The Lovely Mrs. Tracker bemoaned the fate of Shelton last night, losing again to a cheating Carlito (sans finisher). I argued that this allows Shelton to have a singles match at Survivor Series instead of being lost among ten guys and overshadowed by Shawn.

Speaking of Carlito, the loss of the Cabana now eliminates all the gimmicky interview segments. No Highlight Reel. No Peep Show. No Cabana. Is the WWE "shutting up and wrestling?" Nah, this probably means they'll let Piper have his Pit on SD and make it seem more unique.

Oh, and Helms beating Rosey with a running enziguri? Has anyone EVER beaten a Samoan before by hitting them in the head? He DOES have superpowers.

OK, am I the only person who actually knows that it's going to be 19th anual Survivor Series event and not 21st and certainly not 27th? It goes all the way back to 1987 when the team of Andre the Giant, One Man Gang, Rick Rude, Butch Reed, King Kong Bundy defeated Hulk Hogan, Bam Bam Bigelow, Ken Patera, Don Muraco, Paul Orndorff. Learn your history, guys.

The correction was made later in the show (the hardcore match, I think). Lawler and Coach joked about it.

While I'm happy that Daivari is getting a shot at being back on TV, I'm just not so sure I see the point in pairing him with Angle.

Just a thought, but I swear, the Kurt Angle "Beeping" of the "You Suck" chants felt like Stephanie McMahon watched Family Guy on Sunday, enjoyed a certain running gag on the show, and thought, "Hey! This could be great on RAW tomorrow!"

I'm surprised Flair didn't job to Conway (via HHH interference, of course). It'd get the IC title off Flair, who barely needs or acknowledges it now, and let them do the Honky Tonk Man angle with Conway. They've tried every other odd and end left at the bottom of the Heel Assembly Kit with Conway, so why not that? I could go for a Shelton/Conway feud. I know, I know, only in my head...

Daivari = best heel ref in forever.

The WWE Unlimited feature on WWE.COM returned this week, and it was really entertaining: we saw the return of Airhead Maria, Todd Grisham getting his pans stripped off by Ashley and Maria...which turned into a running gag in another segment...an interveiew between Todd and Eric Bischoff.

Best part: Maria asking Rob Conway if he was ready to ride Space Mountain.

I wonder why there isn't a "WWE UNLIMITED" for Smackdown...even though its not live, it would be nice to see something to that effect on the site.

That section is easily one of my favorites on the website!

Looking back, though, I find that other three-man announce teams (most Nitro teams, Vince/JR/Lawler, etc.) don't bother me nearly so much, and I think it comes down to those teams having experienced announcers who know when to shut up and let the other guys talk. Coach, perhaps sensing his redundancy, seems to try way too hard to make his presence felt in the commentary. When he's in a two-man group he knows he can talk whenever his partner isn't, but in a trio he can't get the hang of only dominating 33% of the conversation.

In contrast, I've found that at Taboo Tuesday and this week's Raw that Styles seems a little reluctant to get a word in edgewise. Lawler will start a sentence and Joey doesn't pick up on the cue to finish it, and Lawler has been bringing up points (like how many Survivor Series there have been) that would ordinarily be made by JR, because nobody else seems to know to do it. I'm not sure if it's because Styles is used to calling ECW solo (and he's trying too hard to give his partners space), or if he's deferring to the others because he respects their seniority.

The perfect illustration of these aspects is Chris Masters's entrance Monday. As the new guy, Styles gets instructed by Coach to keep quiet during the entrance, and unlike JR "the Voice of ECW" actually gives the muscleheaded stiff his due. Styles was so quiet, in fact, that I realized Coach himself talked all through the Masterpiece's entrance. I mean, before he'd be telling JR to be quiet, but here he was getting what he wanted and Coach still couldn't close his piehole, even for his own orgasm. He could be in a coma and he'd be talking about how wonderful Mr. Bischoff is and how Cena tapped out to Angle two weeks ago.

I hardly think it's fair to condemn the three man booth based on one night of Joey trying to find a rhythm. Besides, I haven't heard that Styles and the E have reached a deal yet - don't overlook Vince's ability to still screw this up.

Does anyone know if this injury of Edge's is serious enough to keep him out long? Even if he's able to get back for WM22, how can you put him in a headline position with little build, and no idea what he can do in the ring? How about using the SD "street fight" match as a way to finish off the MITB story. No DQ, rumors that Raw people will appear at tonight's tapings - why not make the challenge for the World Hwt Title?

I hope they are going somewhere to get the tag belts back on Cade and Murdoch, otherwise just give up the ghost on that division. Also glad to see Daivari back, though I wonder if they felt it was needed for "All American" Angle to sell out a bit by going in with the evil foreigner to keep the heel heat on him (or more to the point, stop the backlash against Cena)

Personally, I think Daivari can be a fun role player, and like his chances to last better than Helms, who I also like - but I don't seem him getting much beyond this one half-hearted push

Oh yes - nothing like seeing a "3 weeks to Survivor Series" graphic, and realizing that they've just started announcing actual matches tonight. Way to make one of the "Big Four" PPVs seem an afterthought. And I just can't get into this Raw v. Smackdown thing as being big enough to make brand faces and heels come together, especially when you know that these new alliances will only be forgotten immediately after. Are they fighting for anything besides "bragging rights"?

Just finished watching Raw...some thoughts.

1) Styles on RAW -> From the start to the end, it was a lot of fun to listen to, especially in the main event, and even to the fade out. We had to go back a few seconds just to hear it again. HA!!! It was nice to hear him do matches that do not involve someone having their head scraped by a cheese grater or having their manhood smashed with a video game by a sledgehammer. It will take time to adjust to him calling the matches with a couple of color analysts, after so many years going solo (except the Cyrus/Network run).

2) Angle -> When he wanted to do the entrance again, I thought...for the first time in my life, I wanted a 20 minute HHH blah-blah interview.

3) The rest -> Not much else to say.
