Always sad to hear news like this about a pleasant childhood memory. RIP Promote this thread!

Good times...good times. Our NWA Wisconsin crew tipped a few back in your honor last night watching Bound for Glory, Crusher...we'll miss ya.

Y!: # 5 Posted on 24.10.05 1554.34 Reposted on: 24.10.12 1554.41 I saw Crusher and Bruiser australian tag team many times at the Hammond Auditorium with Bob Luce promoting. I got to shake his hand once (no slaps in those day) when I was about 10, I guess. I am pretty sure they were taking on the Blackjacks that night. Crusher and Bruiser are what made me really like wrestling. You could tell they were just enjoying their jobs and being very professional at it. But I am thinking they were at the bar soon after. Grab the rope, Crusher - you're tagged out for awhile.

Tagged out? I imagine Bruiser just tagged him in! Going to watch a tape I have of sixties Chicago wrestling again just to see that team work.
