Reposted on: 14.10.12 1244.20 | The good thing about the Heat being one of the prohibitive favorites this year is it's keeping me from plunking down the near-$200 for NBA League Pass, which there's almost no point doing if there's going to be a Heat game on TV every 3-7 days on ESPN, TNT or ABC.

Reposted on: 16.10.12 0957.14 | I caught part of the Celts/Bulls pre-season tilt on one of my satellite channels last night (likely NESN). My wife was like "Do those guys ever get an offseason? Didn't they just finish like last month?"
It will be interesting to see if the Sonics can keep up the good play they had last year. I can't say I'm inspired by their new coach Bob Weiss (and it took me a minute to remember his name), so I hope the players don't feel the same.
