On WWE.com, Kerwin White has a video where he introduces his "caddy" OVW's Nick Nemeth.

http://www.wwe.com/content/media/video/gallery/1129278/h92605kerwincaddy

And here's the link to his bio at the OVW website. http://www.ovwrestling.com/superstars/nemeth/profile.htm .

Any OVW guys around to give their opinion on him?

I think Vince has really missed an opportunity with Nemeth,as he could have been the first "deaf" wrestler. He could have cut his promos in sign language. I'm sure they could even do it tastefully.

Oh well, I'm sure he'll be repackaged soon enough, so maybe next time.

I've only seen the last two months of OVW, but I thought Nemeth was one of the few credible faces down there. I'm kinda dissapointed that they're bringing him in as a heel.

Haven't seen much of him, but I haven't been impressed by him at all. Very generic pretty boy. White bread, if you weeeeeel.

In fact, as I recall, he's such a Randy Orton clone he's doing Randy's mannerisms and finisher. (although I may be thinking of Ken Doane here)

From "who dat" to IWC darling in a "short" 7 years congrats Dolph! ;-)

Glad to still see former OVW guys having such an impact on the current WWE product and miss having their show on free tv locally every week.

I await breathlessly the sudden-death hole between Chavo and Barry Darsow, WCW's gold pro.

Nemeth's got a good look, seems to talk well (without knowing how many takes they did), and he and Chavo seem to already have a good conversation rhythm. I'm intrigued. Can't wait until he unleases his finisher: The Caddy Whack. Or The 3-Iron? Maybe The Sweet Cleats, or is that their tag-team name?

Hey, isn't he PWI's No. 500?

If I were a WWE developmental wrestler, my first choice would not be to come in as Kerwin White's caddy. But whatever brings you to the show, I guess.

Notice he's changed his catch phrase from, "if it's not white it's not right" to "if it's not Kerwin White, it's not right." Guess they finally decided that was pushing it a little far.`

Chav..er..Kerwin's got one heck of a swing, though. His swing has more distance and strength than this angle does.

Hey, Rico had to do something similar when he came in as Billy and Chuck's stylist, and look how far it got him!

Oh, wait....

They've had Nemeth in a program during the summer against Ken Doane which had a fair amount of spark to it. Nemeth has definitely been working on his promos (the one where he got on Doane for using the RKO as his finisher was pretty good: "It's not even YOUR MOVE!!"), and there's been a ton of NIC t-shirts given away at the OVW shows the past few weeks.

On the other hand, if I was asked who would be going up next, I wouldn't have picked Nemeth. Even Dean Visk or Chet the Jet would have gotten a bigger vote from me on that one.

Have they given Nemeth a name? If not, anything other than "Noonan" would be a sacrilige.

In the video, Kerwin introduces him as Nick Nemeth.

BTW, at the OVW houseshow last night (they had already filmed this week's television show the previous week), they had Nick in a tag-team match with Chris Cage against the Blonde Bombers. At the end of the match, where it looked as if Nemeth was going to run-in and stop the pin Tank had on Cage, he stopped short and watched with a smile on his face.

Then Aaron Stevens, who appears to be starting a feud with Chris Cage, came out with Shelly. Nemeth left the ring with Shelly, while Stevens taunted Cage.

So it appears they're turning Nemeth heel to coincide with his working for a heel in WWE. It was nicely done, however, as they had been building up Stevens/Cage for a few weeks and Shelly had been passed around as someone trying to tempt others into doing her bidding.
