If you've ever traveled outside your home country, where have you gone to?

I've taken trips to Brazil, Costa Rica, Poland, the UK (England, Ireland, and Wales -- have to get to Scotland some day to complete the set), Morocco, and Istanbul.

All throughout the Eastern US (anywhere the I-95 and I-75 go...mostly Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan, Florida, and Pennsylvania) and Germany. Great country.

Never been outside the US. In fact, in the times that I can remember, I've only been in Wisconsin, Illinois (to go to Six Flags, or once on a school trip to Chicago), and Florida (took a plane) for the FBLA National Convention. As a "moderately-sized baby", however, I apparently spent time in Ohio and um, New Mexico I think.

I've been to Canada. Well...if you count the Can-Am border as "Canada". I was asked to leave.

I've never been further East than the I-5 corridor, but I was in Canada just yesterday (at the Vancouver aquarium).

My father got convicted of something or other in the 70's, got a pardon, and was too stupid to say "No, sir; I have no convictions on my record."

Not much of a story, I know.

I'm getting on a plane tomorrow morning for fly to the A-T-L for a week, followed by four days in LOVELY Orlando, Florida. I've also been to Las Vegas this year a couple of times, and San Diego and Denver this spring.

Outside the states: Mexico, Jamica, Virgin Islands, Canada.

Inside the states: Florida (DUH!), Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisianna, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia... shit this is easier...

Inside the States: I haven't been to Hawaii, either Dakotas, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska... Yeah, cause there's still 10 I need to hit before I die a horrible death.

This thread so totally called for that thing where you check all the states/countries you've been to and it makes a map of them...maybe not.

I've been pretty much all over the US except the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. I've also been to Australia, New Zealand and Sweden.

I spent two weeks in Costa Rica about eight years ago now. Even though I've lived in both Arizona and Minnesota I've never made it across the Mexican or Canadian borders.

I have been to almost all the continental states though. Just missing the Rust Belt and a couple New England states.

As a kid, I went a lot of different places, as my father worked as a doctor for CARE....

Spent a summer in Indonesia, lots of time in the Dominican Republic, even Thailand, Singapore, Iran...

As an adult, I traveled quite a bit a few years ago for work.

Included in that were a lot of places in the US... Olympia, Washington. Rolla, Missouri. Pasadena, California.

Also some international journeys... Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong.

Have also tried to see a lot of my home country. Been to Winnipeg, Vancouver. Used to live in the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. Just actually spent two weeks on vacation with the family traveling through New Brunswick, PEI and Nova Scotia... I will work on seeing Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland in the future...

North America:

NY, NJ, CT, PA, VT, NH, ME, DE, DC, MD, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA, FL, CO, CA, Puerto Rico, Bahamas (Paradise Island), Toronto, Montreal

Europe:

England, Poland, Belgium

Asia:

Israel, Jordan, Egypt, & I've seen Lebanon & Syria from the other side of their borders.

Between a new job that's going to require some more travel & a few places on my "to see" list, I hope to add to this list significantly over the next year or so!!
