You might want to hate me as well, Frosty. 5'7", and I was doing backflips when I hit 145 back in April or so. Now I've dropped to somewhere between 135 and 140 again, although I should put that weight back on once I start adding some muscle again.

You all could gain weight dammit!

Try my basic bulking diet.

BREAKFAST
1.5 to 2 cups oatmeal (precooked!!!) That's a TON
1.5 to 2 scoops whey
7-10 egg whites
1 piece of fruit.

MId Breakfast (pre lifting)
A chicken breast. Last year I sat in German class and ate a cold chicken breast every day, you'll get some weird looks at the office or in the classroom, but oh well.
I drank water mixed with Carbo Gain by Now foods which is just maltodextrin and some creatine.

MOVE A SHIT LOAD OF WEIGHT

PostWorkout Shake
3scoops whey, 5g creatine monohydrate, Dextrose(corn sugar) at least as much as the whey, but up to double the amount of whey. I use a scale to measure, but you can just use the same scoop. Too much dextrose makes the shake very sweet and makes my stomach sick so watch how much you might use. If you don't have Dextrose(which is really cheap at bulknutrition.com, eat slices of white bread.

About an hour and a half to two hours later.
2 Chicken breasts and a good source of carbs like potatos or brown rice.

Eat a big dinner with (no surprise) chicken, or steak or tuna and very little carbs.

Eat again before sleeping. No carbs.


That's pretty basic. You can throw in some more minimeals to it if you want.

It's hard to eat so much at first, but you'll get the hang of it.

I've been more or less at 300 for about 20 years. I got out of the army 26 years ago and got married. I was about 240 then. She cooks very well indeed.

Last year I weighed about 280. I got down to 245 in spring, but let go some this summer and got to about 260. Back to the gym in the fall though.

I'm almost 20 and I'm 145 now.
Last year I was about 140.

I'm beginning a new workout plan to (hopefully) add some muscle to my wiry frame, and my goal is to crack 160 by the end of the semester. We'll see.

215 right now but I am blaming the sympathy pregnancy for the extra weight

I have been told by Mrs. Dunk that starting a week from today, we will be getting back into our Size 4's.....

I had gotten up to 77.1 kg last year (a fat bastard, I know). Let's just see on the scale here...I'm down to 72.7 kg. I'd like to get below 70 before I have surgery at the end of October.

I guess it's good that I'm not gaining weight, but of course I'd like to lose a fair bit. Not that I'm trying to pass the buck, but my whole family is overweight, and it's hard to set aside things that were ingrained into me as a child (especially "eat everying on your plate").
