More and more of us are fighting the battle of the bulge. I know I should shed at least a few pounds, I'll admit to gaining ten pounds this past year, I had surgery and my exercise levels dropped from the pitiful levels they were at before.

Last Year - 190.
This Year - 200. Ouch.

Maybe I should change my user name to too-fat-now....

You don't know from too-fat-now. Just over four months ago I was 312. I don't know about last year, but I assume that I had to be somewhere around there. Now I am 264, thank you Weight Watchers.

The weight loss has been kind of awesome until I realize that they want me to lose another 75 pounds, which is a bit daunting (and possibly excessive - I'm 6'1" or thereabouts).

i'm currently at my all-time high of 220. I should probably weigh around 160-170 or so. Not good times.

150 this year. 150 last year. I have a very fast metabolism and it's impossible for me to gain any weight. My girlfriend hates me because of it. *sigh*

I'm 6' even.
Last: 200.
This: *checks* 187.

I think I just lost the weight that I gained immediately after getting married. Is a post-marital weight bump a common phenomenon?

I think I put on about 15 pounds when me & my then girlfriend were getting serious, and another 15 or so after the wedding. Thankfully, I'm back down to my "pre-engagement weight", but I wouldnt mind getting all the way back down to my "single & lonely" weight either.

Basically the same here, except it was 30 lbs. after she moved in, then 15 more when I blew out my Achilles, then 15 more when we hird a guy to do all of the physcial stuff where I work.

5'10"

Last year: 245
This year: 225

And I owe my continued succes to Richard Simmons. Seriously. I ripped off RD Reynolds's weight loss plan after the patented Simon System didn't work for me.

This year: 6'4, 269, 20% bodyfat.
Last year: Hovering around 290-ish.

I'm built like a friggin' lineman. Gotta love those genes. The ladies like it, though, and that's all that matters, right?

Right?

Now 173 8.6%BF 6 feet. (and yes I have actually tested my BF multiple ways, unlike many on BB boards who just guess)

I'm as shredded now as I have ever been. A year ago I was in the mid 180s. 9 months ago I decided to get shredded and went down to 160(7.8% BF!!!!) from 190(after a bulking cycle) after I used T3, a thyroid hormone that I never ever should have messed with. Then I bulked up to 197 over the next month, which was the strongest I've ever been. I have been cutting religiously since then and at my current weight. Doing to much Jiu Jitsu and boxing really chops away at my muscle, but I am much more fit now than when I was aspiring to look like Frank Zane.

I dunno, but I think it was something around 240. Now, I think 255. Needless to say, Weight Watchers meetings start next week, and I'm dusting off the DDR pads. Gym if I can find consistent time.

I am pretty much the same way. Last year I was 135, and I'm around the same mark this year. After starting overnight work in Feb. of '04, I went down from 170 to 135 in only two months.

155 last year, 150 now. I love and hate having a lightening fast metabolism. I probably couldn't gain weight if my life depended on it.

5' 7" 125 this year. 135 last year. Usually 145-150 in the winter. Losing 10-15 coming into summer im used too. I lost the extra 10 or so after wrecking my knee for the upteenth time in june. I might be the only person i know who sits around, does nothing, eats too much, and loses weight.

A steady 195 for the past year or so, although I did get up around 210 earlier in '05.
