Just a wrestler? Iron Mike Sharpe. I used to DIE at his screams and facial expressions.
I totally agree on both. I think I always found myself laughing at the same time Gorilla Monsoon would retort, "Brain, you have got to be kidding me!" With Sharpe, you'd hear this incredibly loud bellow (which meant that when he was wrestling, the arena was kinda quiet), and then his body hitting the canvas. No one could ever bellow like Sharpe.

William Regal always gets me with his acting and facial expressions. My fondest memory is some backstage skit with him in the john taking a piss with the Big Show and the sheer look of horror on his face when he decided to take a peek. Perfect expression.
Of course, this blatantly contradicts an earlier GTV thing I have downloaded on my cpu to this day of Val Venis and the Big Show pissing that ALSO cracks me up (with Val being another of those characters). Val glances over, laughs smugly..."and they call you the BIG Show? Heh heh heh heh."
And then Big Show beats the shit out of him...all caught on surveillance tape. The lack of continuity doesn't bother me one bit.

Like Bulldog said, Owen Hart for me as well. I just remember watching a match that was Owen and Neidhart vs. Bret and Davey Boy, at one point when Bret had him in an armbar or similar and he just screams "Ouch! Stop it!" like it was he and his older brother playing in the backyard. Numerous little things like that.
But otherwise, I have to agree with the Chris Jerico and Kurt Angle choices as well.

How quickly we forget Edge and Christian, my personal favorite tag team of all time. They were the highlight of WWE for a good period of time with their five second poses, kazoo theme songs and their own vocabulary (reeks of awesomeness, factime, etc), and let's not forget the Conquistadors!

There's lots of people (mostly montioned above) that were clever, or witty, or entertaining. But the only guy to make me laugh-out-loud while watching a wrestling show has been the Rock. Mostly with Michael Cole (nice tie - thirteen cents. Don't look at the tie jabroni, LOOK AT THE ROCK!). Of course, the only guy to actually make me throw something at the TV to try and get him to shut the fuck up already has also been the Rock.

Being the unrepentant Jerichoholic that I am, I gotta go with my main man as the one individual who's consistently made me laugh over the years (but never more so than the material during the Cruiserweight run and its aftermath in WCW in 1998 - that's when he became a god).
As a one-shot deal, however, I'd pick the three weeks of banter between the Rock & the Hurricane in 2003 (the last time Rock appeared week-to-week on WWE TV). It's the kind of magic creative hasn't been able to recapture since, since it was funny, came out of nowhere, and was actually paid off in the end. "DON'T LAUGH AT THE ROCK'S JOKES!"
