Having not seen the building and based on the Google Maps pinpoint, I'd guess it's the box left of center on the third block southwest of the waterway.
(EDIT: Which means I agree with Frosty.)

Here it is on MSN's Virtual Earth. I couldnt get a map marker to show up, but I think it's the building right on the corner of Main Street/Boston Post Road & Houston Terrace.
(I wonder why Google shows Highway 1 as Main Street for one stretch and Boston Post Road further down, but MSN shows it as Boston Poast Rd the whole way?)
