The dog has won the contest for the 3rd consecutive year. He is a 15 year old Chinese Crested that suffers from congestive heart failure, as well as lung and kidney problems.

There's beauty in every living thing, regardless of whether you find any aesthetic benefit in it. Just because the animal isn't pleasing to your eyes doesn't mean it should be put down.
