There was a story somewhere that the Eagles will only deal with him via email now so they've got evidence of everything said by both parties. Dates back to an offer they allegedly made Douglas a few years back that Rosenhaus denied happening.
Personally I'm astounded that isn't standard practise in dealing with any agent. I certainly always ask for fax/emails of any offers made in my job.
